CTIA Files Federal Law Suit Today Against Berkeley Cell Phone "Right to Know" 



June 8, 2015 -- CTIA—The Wireless Association filed a lawsuit and a motion for an injunction in the Federal District Court in Northern California today to block the City of Berkeley's cell phone “right to know” ordinance.

On May 16th, The Guardian in the U.K. reported on the adoption of this model law by the City of Berkeley.

International EMF Scientist Appeal Submitted to Federal Communications Commission

June 8, 2015 -- The International EMF Scientist Appeal was submitted to the Federal Communications Commission today along with the May 11th press release and a description of the Appeal.

Two hundred scientists from 40 nations who have published peer-reviewed research on electromagnetic fields and biology or health signed a petition calling on world leaders to adopt more stringent regulations of wireless radiation and to issue precautionary health warnings to the public.
